Introduction

I'm a Licensed Psychologist dedicated to helping individuals accomplish their goals of becoming healthier, happier people. I am passionate about working with teenagers and adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and other life struggles. I have worked in many different levels of care and held various roles of clinical director, therapist, and intake specialist. This diversity of experience helps me tailor care to a client's needs. My therapeutic approach focuses on collaboration, honesty, and openness. Starting therapy can be a scary experience. I help ease these fears by being transparent and collaborative throughout the work we do together. My hope is for you to live life joyfully, rooted in meaningful connection and purpose.
