Hi there! I am so glad that you're here! I'm Mx. Lauren, & my pronouns are he/him/his(/they/she). I am the psychotherapist & founder of Neuroqueering Counseling Services, LLC. I am a white, queer, trans, non-monogamous, multiply neurodivergent, multiply disabled human, advocate, & therapist. Based on Monacan land in colonized Virginia, USA, our practice offers individual telehealth therapy to clients ages 16+ residing in Virginia, South Carolina, Florida, & Vermont. My passion is helping trauma survivors from the neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, & non-monogamous communities learn how to get unstuck, break free from fear, & live according to your values. The majority of my practice focuses on anxiety & OCD, trauma recovery, & navigating a neuronormative world. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from ACT & ERP to help you take back your life. Approaching therapy with an affirming & non-pathologizing lens, I believe in difference, not disorder. As an Autistic ADHD'er whose special interest is mental health, I highly value lived experience & incorporate it with my clinical training.
