As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I use traditional clinical and psychological models to understand a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behavior. However, I’m also focused on many aspects of the whole person and consider how things like thought patterns, emotional habits, nutrition, environment, physical health, environmental energy, social & intimate relationships, and lifestyle either create well-being or imbalance in a person’s life. I understand that a variety of care techniques, like talk therapy, yoga, art therapy, mindfulness, and other techniques can facilitate healing and establish balance. I support teens, young adults, men, and women.
