As a trauma-responsive and anti-oppressive therapist, I aim to guide clients into actively resisting systems that lead to harm. In our work together, we will identify systems of oppression that impact your well-being and use new and existing strengths to help you achieve your goals. I pride myself in taking a holistic approach to therapy and strongly believe that desirable outcomes occur by starting in whatever place feels most comfortable and safe for you!
