Many who come to Counseling Works LCSW, PLLC are Black, Latinx Women, Men and College Students looking to break generational traumas, restructure thought and behavior patterns, and make effective change that will strengthen their lives. With over 20 years of experience, Myrna strives towards Iwa Pele, a Yoruba Spiritual principle of living in good character. She is a life-long learner and is an advocate on self-care. Myrna enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking, meditating, walking in nature and more.
