My passions are assisting parents with expanding their coping repertoire, helping couples and families hear each other, and assisting children in finding their voices after traumatic events. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am trained in utilizing Brainspotting, CBT, Mindfulness, and TF-CBT. My goal as a therapist is to come alongside you and help you to reframe what has happened, make sense of it, and positively redefine yourself while on your life’s journey moving decidedly forward. I am solution-oriented, which means you will be expected to work in between sessions with tools provided to create a feedback loop.
