The “work through” part is not just talk therapy; it will include incorporating EMDR therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems therapy, also known as parts work), attachment theory (EFT), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), somatic approach - all of which are wholistic methods that allow to attend and process on three levels: body, emotions, and mind. In other words, we will engage your conscious and unconscious simultaneously. My practice’s focus is attachment and relationship issues, complex/childhood trauma (CPTSD), PTSD, ADHD.
