Introduction

I really enjoy getting to know people and seeing how I may be able to help them meet their goals. I believe each person is full of potential and is deserving of second chances. I want to be a resource and a compassionate ear to my clients when it is needed. I come from a family background full of lived experience with addiction and mental health issues. I don't judge a person and do my best to help them be at theirs. I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to aid my clients in their journey with me.
