Introduction

Hello! My name is Dr. Naomi Pak and I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with 10 years of experience providing evidence-based treatments to adolescents and adults. My patients deal with eating disorders, OCD, anxiety disorders, and PTSD that get in the way of their life worth living. Many of my patients have struggled for years with misdiagnoses or ineffective treatments that are not based on research and feel frustrated that nothing has worked. They are motivated and willing to challenge themselves to create real change in their lives. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and exposure and response prevention (ERP). My style is warm, collaborative, and often humorous. I value building strong therapeutic relationships in a safe and supportive environment. For the best treatment outcomes, therapeutic fit is essential. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, so you can determine whether we are a good fit! I look forward to helping you create your life worth living.
