Introduction

I’m an IFS therapist, supporting couples/partners and individuals as they reconnect, break/shift cycles, and nurture their relationships. Together we will co-create your therapy journey, using an experiential, somatic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed lens. If you're ready to nourish yourself and relationships, I’d be honored to help. You’re feeling disconnected—from yourself, your partner, or the world around you. Navigating challenges with trust, communication, trauma, parenting, or identity has left you feeling lost and unsure. Other therapies haven’t brought the deep healing and connection you long for. You want a space where you, or you and your loved one, can go deeper, grow your understanding, and transform the connections that matter most. You also want a therapist who affirms your neurodifferences and identity. I provide holistic couples therapy and somatic therapy, and am also passionate about supporting other healers, therapists, and practitioners. I’ll help you attune to yourself to nurture the mind-body-soul connection. You’ll learn to listen to your body and draw on your inner wisdom to guide your healing. We’ll explore patterns and experiences to gain clarity and enrich your relationships with yourself and others. In relational therapy, I’ll help you mend trust, deepen intimacy, and grow together.
