Some approaches commonly used: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy. Depending on the age, needs, and interests of the client, your therapist may use art, mindfulness, bibliotherapy, play therapy, traditional talk therapy, or cognitive behavioral techniques in session.
