Specialties: Anxiety, Trauma, Gender Identity, PTSD

Introduction

I am an art therapist and trauma-based therapist who has been working with teens and young adults for the past 11 years. My goal in my work with clients is helping clients create lives they can begin to re-engage with after having had a hard life experience. I also believe in the power of community. Together is where transformation can begin. Our personal work is just the beginning to a larger goal of generational healing.
