I have over 6 years of experience treating anxiety, OCD and related disorders in children, adolescents and adults. My practice uses research backed techniques, specifically CBT and ERP, to help clients and their families reduce and manage distress. My practice specializes in treating OCD, anxiety, worry, health anxiety, perfectionism, phobias, panic and more. I include family members and spouses in treatment if appropriate and am trained in the SPACE program.
