Natalie Jernigan is a supervising licensed professional clinical counselor and registered art therapist who completed her Graduate work at Ursuline College. Natalie is skilled in working with children, teens and adults. She is a Behavioral Tech intensively trained DBT and DBT PE and RO DBT psychotherapist. Other evidence-based intensive training includes multiple CBT trainings with emphasis in CBT-P, TEAM CBT, Unified Protocol, and Mindfulness based-CBT. Natalie is versed in trauma-informed care and utilizes Prolonged Exposure (PE), Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. Natalie enjoys treating a variety of diagnostic needs including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder and other complex trauma, and personality disorders. Natalie has a passion for evidence based clinical practices and integrating a treatment plan that is personal to her client's unique needs. As a registered Art Therapist, Natalie may incorporate creative expression to aid in understanding life patterns to expression of intense emotions when talking with word is not enough.
