Natalie has extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds from various treatment settings, including inpatient residential and outpatient mental healthcare. She works with adults and adolescents (ages 14 and up) and specializes in issues such as anxiety, depression, addictions, substance use, relationship issues, and life transitions. Natalie is a warm, inviting, and multiculturally competent clinician who collaboratively works to help her clients meet their personalized goals. She takes an integrative approach to treatment, utilizing a variety of clinical techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and strengths-based methods. Natalie believes in creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can openly express their thoughts and feelings as an essential path to positive change.
