Introduction

THERAPY: Life can present us with various challenges, and sometimes, navigating through them alone can feel overwhelming. If you're seeking support and guidance through difficult times, you've come to the right place. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop insight, coping skills, and strategies to help you overcome obstacles and live a more fulfilling life. PSYCHOEDUCATIONAL EVALUATIONS: Are you or your child struggling in school and you don't know why, or how to help? A psychoeducational evaluation can: 1. Assess intellectual functioning, academic achievement, memory, attention, executive functioning, and social-emotional functioning. 2. Guide academic and intervention recommendations (e.g., informing IEPs, educational placement, study strategies, and accommodations on in-school and standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, LSAT, BAR, MCAT) 3. Determine if a student meets criteria for a learning disability or ADHD 4. Help understand the student's strengths and challenges 5. Fulfill school admissions requirements GENERAL INFORMATION: I am currently conducting therapy via telehealth and am accepting new clients ages 13+ in DC, MD, VA, NJ, PA, and more (see https://psypact.site-ym.com/page/psypactmap for current list of states). Psychoeducational evaluations are conducted in DC only (ages 6 through adult). My approach to therapy and evaluation is client-centered, meaning that I tailor treatment and assessment to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I am dedicated to providing compassionate care and valuable insights every step of the way.
