Introduction

My counseling skills and qualifications cover a wide variety of areas but are particularly well suited for those who want to become more Empowered and for those with Internet Addiction / Digital Media Overuse (i.e. social media, video games, porn, and shopping). Engaging in therapy can help you experiment with new patterns of behavior and ways of thinking, which in turn can lead to more congruence with who you are and who you want to be. Typical areas of focus include improving communication, living more authentically, enhancing your relationships, decreasing unhealthy habits, setting boundaries, and being more assertive. I am intentional in balancing my role as both someone who provides support and someone who challenges you to grow into the best version of yourself. An overarching theme in my work is to help clients become more empowered by discovering ways they can take more ownership of their lives and make the changes needed to feel better and move forward. Having worked in the mental health field for almost a decade, in a variety of settings and with diverse populations, I am well suited to help you grow and navigate life's challenges. Therapy can be a catalyst for significant change in your life and reaching out to set up a free consultation with me could be your first steps forward in your journey.
