Over time, that curiosity grew into a deep commitment to helping others navigate their challenges with compassion and evidence-based support. I specialize in working with anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, life transitions, relationship issues, and I have a particular passion for supporting BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, parents, and professionals. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to each client’s unique experience.
