Psychotherapy is one of my life’s passions. I've worked in family psychology and behavioral health since I discovered my love of it in high school. I've worked in adult community care, schools, and a children's inpatient hospital before opening up my own practice at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. I work hard so that my clients receive the best care possible, staying up do to date with the latest research and evidenced based approach. In sessions, I am compassionate and give you a safe space to help you manage your emotions and behaviors while still taking into account the systems and roles you are a part of. You deserve care that positively impacts your quality of life (and possibly the quality of life of those around you as well).
