Introduction

Hello and welcome to my website. I'm so glad you're here and would love to work with you. I provide virtual only services. I specialize in providing individualized therapy to meet you where you are, no matter what is happening in life. I will work with you to identify goals, provide accountability, offer alternative points of views, and help you overcome whatever brings you to therapy. I am affirming of all identities (LGBTQ+, nuerodiversity, race/ethnicity) no matter if we share the same or have any that may differ. You are welcome here. In our work together, we could explore so many different parts of you. I will work hard to provide you with a safe and affirming space for authentic growth. I love to incorporate humor into my therapy practice and if you've lost your sense of humor, that's okay! We will work to find it again. I specialize in many different areas of therapeutic work. Including anxiety, depression, college mental health, LGBTQ+ identity exploration, boundary setting, self-love, and self-care. Through evidence-based techniques, we'll tackle anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, uncover the roots of depression, and foster hope and resilience along the way. Self-love is the cornerstone of mental well-being. Together, we can cultivate a positive self-image and prioritize self-care practices that nurture your mind and body. From enhancing self-esteem to practicing self-compassion, we'll build the foundation for lasting confidence and inner peace. Through mindfulness-based interventions, you'll learn to quiet the mind, reduce stress, and embrace each moment with intention and awareness. Additionally, we can explore healthy boundary-setting techniques, empowering you to assertively communicate your needs and foster respect in all relationships. If you're wanting to work on effective communication, I often use role-play and communication exercise to empower you to communicate assertively. Communication is essential for building fulfilling connections and expressing yourself confidently. College can be a time of immense growth and transition, but it also comes with its own set of challenges. I specialize in working with college students and understand the unique struggles they face, such as academic stress, social pressures, identity exploration, and transitioning to adulthood. Together, we'll navigate these challenges with resilience and empowerment. As a case manager at a university I have learned how to navigate the systems on college campus to help alleviate stress and connect you to any resources you may need. If you think we'd be a good fit, please reach out to me. I look foward to working with you soon!
