Introduction

I'm an Intutive, heart centered and worldly therapist. I intend to create a safe environment in therapy, so you can feel held and seen as you open up and share more vulnerable parts of yourself. I have a passion to help people transform and live a more fulfilling life. I'm trained in psychodynamic and transpersonal theories. I focus on healing trauma, especially complex trauma and difficult childhood experiences which contribute to your current symptoms and struggles. I implement EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness and part work.
