I then worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency, providing direct behavioral intervention services. During this time, I also facilitated social skills groups specifically designed for children with autism at another ABA organization. For the past 7 years, I've served as a school psychologist, conducting comprehensive evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services.
