Introduction

Welcome to my practice! With over 7 years of dedicated experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I am committed to guiding individuals through their journey of healing and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and evidence-based practices that empower clients to overcome challenges and thrive. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in several specialized modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Trauma and Resilience training (Level 1 and 2) through Florida State University. These modalities are powerful tools in addressing a wide range of issues, from trauma and anxiety to relationship difficulties and self-esteem issues. My ideal clients are individuals who are navigating complex emotions and seeking a path towards healing and transformation. They may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or the effects of difficult life transitions. Understanding the unique needs of each client, I provide a safe and supportive environment where they can explore their feelings, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies. My goal-oriented approach focuses on empowering clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Whether it's reducing symptoms of trauma, improving relationship dynamics, or enhancing overall well-being, I work collaboratively with each client to tailor interventions that meet their specific goals and aspirations. My training and experience have equipped me not only with therapeutic expertise but also with a deep appreciation for the resilience and strength inherent in each individual. I am passionate about helping my clients tap into their innate abilities to heal and thrive. Outside of my clinical practice, I am committed to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment. This ensures that my clients receive the highest standard of care based on the latest research and best practices in the field. If you are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards creating positive changes in your life and building a foundation for long-lasting well-being. I look forward to supporting you on your path towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
