Hello and welcome! I'm a dedicated mental health counselor with a passion for helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges. I have experienced first hand what it is to struggle with ADHD and dyslexia and their effects on my mental health as I navigate adolescents and adulthood. I specialize in treating ADHD in all ages, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, family/couples issues, sleep disorders, health issues, pre/postpartum maternal mental health, & stress management.
