Introduction

I am a compassionate and humanistic counselor, looking to help you work through your healing journey. My treatment approach is individualized to every person's specific needs and I like to develop a strong therapeutic relationship so that you can be involved in throughout treatment. Psychotherapy can be a vulnerable and I ensure a safe, private space to explore your concerns. I specialize in trauma and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and have been doing so for about 10 years. My evidenced-based approaches can help you learn more about the relationship with yourself and others, identify patterns that could benefit from changing, and give you space to feel seen and heard. I also provide clinical supervision for those who are working towards their licensure hours in the state of PA. All appointments are held virtually and you must be located in Pennsylvania to receive services. I do not currently accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
