Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. By shifting ways of thinking to learn new responses, and choosing healthy coping skills, client's will be feeling more content and create the happy, stable, uplifted life that is within their reach. Through counseling, clients are able to learn skills to manage depression, anxiety, aggression, PTSD, social avoidance, attention/concentration, and impulsive behavior. LGBTQ+ alliance.
