Introduction

Are you struggling with any of the following? -Navigating a stressful life transition, such as: relationship changes, loss of a loved one, life post-grad, a faith transition, or exploring your sexuality and/or gender identity -Challenging family relationships, including needing support with communication and setting boundaries -The ongoing impact of a difficult or traumatic experience (or experiences) on yourself, your daily life, and your relationships If any of the above resonates with you, we might be a good fit. I have extensive experience working with people struggling with life transitions, challenging family relationships, and trauma. I am passionate about supporting people in navigating these challenges, and have seen firsthand the powerful impact that therapy can have in improving people’s lives. My approach to therapy involves a combination of supporting you in feeling and processing emotions, gaining insight into yourself and your life, and learning/implementing new strategies for handling challenging situations. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on what is a best fit for your individual situation, goals, and personality. I am also trained in EMDR as a treatment for trauma and incorporate this if it is something you are interested in. I am clinically licensed in Minnesota and I provide individual therapy in person at my office in Roseville, MN and via telehealth to people located anywhere in the state. You can email me if you’d like to schedule a free 15-20 min. consultation to see if we’d be a good fit!
