Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services in Colorado. For over 10 years I have worked to help individuals overcome painful past experiences, reverse self-limiting beliefs and improve healthy interpersonal connections. My goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients by providing empathetic and effective therapeutic support. Among the core values that drive my work is the belief in the inherent strength and resilience of every individual. My priority is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment and be proactive in their own healing. I am trained and well practiced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which are highly effective in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and issues related to trauma. Whether it's your first time in therapy, or you're looking for a different provider, the process can be extremely intimidating. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations to address any questions or concerns and help you determine if we will be a good fit moving forward. I look forward to hearing from you! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my beautiful wife, Skylar, and my dog, Puff. I also enjoy songwriting, board games, traveling and ultra running! “You will always feel fear, but over time you will realize the only way to truly manage your fear is to broaden your comfort zone.” – Alex Honnold
