Introduction

I have a background in executive recruiting (4 years) and vocational counseling, (8 years) but now I focus on the healing work of adjustment and coping with stress. I work with adults who need a safe space to figure out who they are and what they want independent of other people's expectations. I love working with people following divorce, disability, empty nesters and those struggling with sexual identity. I have a non-traditional approach to therapy that embraces whatever makes you feel like you don't fit in.
