Nico Chavando is a clinical mental health master’s student at Divine Mercy University and earned a B.S. in Product Design (Engineering) from Stanford University. In therapy, Nico walks with clients, helping them increase their self-awareness about their life’s purpose and potential for healing. Nico implements aspects of logotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help clients identify their goals, objectives, and advance toward flourishing one step at a time. Nico embraces his Catholic faith and believes in the power of surrendering to Christ, the Prince of Peace, as the source of mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. He strives to follow the footsteps of St. Paul, who considered that he no longer lived, and Christ lived in him (Gal. 2:20).
