I bring a calm demeanor and non-judgmental attitude to sessions to inspire openness and honesty in order to promote an affirmative, positive environment for you to feel safe and heard in. I focus on CBT, ACT, and mindfulness for individuals, and combine this with EFT and the Gottman Method for couples.
