Hello and welcome to my practice. I am a licensed mental health counselor who has specialized in helping individuals and families who are feeling stressed, experiencing adjustments at home, school and work and are looking for support to improve their quality of life. I work with individuals of all ages and specialize in trauma. school issues, athletic performance, self-esteem, emotional regulation, managing social relations and increasing healthy communication.
