As a licensed clinical and certified school psychologist Nicole Carrozza specializes in providing individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, and families with a variety of concerns including Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Disruptive Behavior Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Executive Functioning. Dr. Carrozza practices an integrative approach to therapy incorporating principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) including mindfulness and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in her treatment. Nicole is committed to providing treatment that is comprehensive, individualized and evidence-based. Dr. Carrozza holds a Psy.D. in school Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. John’s University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Early Childhood/ Special Education and Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Dr. Carrozza spent several years as a special education teacher and educational director.
