Introduction

I understand that struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder can be challenging. As a compassionate counselor, I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. I am here to offer my services at Sage Valley Therapy, providing accessible and convenient virtual and in-person sessions. I approach each empathetically, tailoring my methods to their unique needs. I am a licensed professional counselor, nationally certified counselor, certified clinical anxiety treatment professional, and certified shame-informed treatment specialist. I earned a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, and since then, I have been guiding people toward greater self-awareness and emotional well-being. My approach involves providing compassionate care and utilizing evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also incorporate shame-sensitive practice, mindfulness, and culturally sensitive, trauma-focused care into my treatment approach to ensure that you receive the necessary support. If you or a loved one is struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, or OCD, please know that you are not alone. I warmly invite you to reach out to me. Together, we can navigate this journey towards healing and well-being. When you are ready, please schedule a consultation and take the first step towards compassionate care.
