Introduction

I am a creative with a curious spirit, passion for learning, and heart for gathering and developing people. In my therapeutic practice I am dynamic and collaborative. Together we will create space to deepen your connection to your inner world, give meaning to past experiences, transform thinking patterns, and explore new styles of being and relating. I am dedicated to being a strong, consistent, warm, and honest sojourner on your journey toward a freer and more satisfying way of living and being. I am a depth psychotherapist and my approach is informed by Jungian, psychodynamic, and Objects Relations theories. In session, I utilize somatic and trauma-informed practices and I work from a critical social theory and social justice framework. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Washington. I have a background in branding, non-profit leadership, and higher ed administration. At the Shelterwood Collective, I offer counseling and psychotherapy for individuals ranging from adolescence to adulthood. I also provide consulting services for businesses, non-profits, and leaders; and clinical supervision and mentoring for therapists and healers. The opportunity to build authentic, healing relationships with my clients is a profound privilege. I truly believe this is sacred work.
