My approach: We as individuals have light and dark aspects of ourselves; parts of ourselves we gladly share with others and parts we hide from our closest friends. Together, we can explore how those light and dark facets affect how you relate to others and make meaning out of those relationships. Additionally, we can discover avenues to build a sense of belonging in your community and create purpose in your life. Through the counseling process, you can reconnect with your true self, partner, and family to build meaningful relationships and become the shining person you were meant to share with this world! I provide a welcoming space to encourage safety and the freedom to be yourself. I am honest and direct and will build on the strengths and skills you already possess. I specialize in individual, family, and couples counseling. Reaching out to seek care for yourself, your partner, and your family is difficult. Let me meet you wherever you are at to collaborate with you to assist you in reaching your needs and work through difficult personal issues, conflict, and life circumstances. A bit about me: I am a Livingston, MT native and graduated from the University of Montana with an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Health and Health Development, with an emphasis in Exercise Science. A few years later, I completed my Master’s in Family and Couples Counseling at Montana State University in 2019. Previous work experience includes working with couples, families, and individuals seeking therapy. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, soaking up the sun, and spending time with my cat, fiancé, family, and friends.
