My Specialty is Trauma Informed Care. I use a Bio-psychosocial counseling approach of the mind, body and spirit in working with the total individual. We will also explore intergenerational patterns and adverse experiences. I will support you in gaining useful knowledge and tools that will facilitate continued growth and development. I will challenge you in a caring and empathetic manner to look at yourself and seek alternative options and strategies for handling life. And I will be there to support you along the way.
