I believe in change! I believe in your change! I also recognize how hard change can be and that we all have to navigate it in our own way. I strive to meet people where they are, identify where they want to be, and help them navigate that road at their own pace with persistence and self-awareness. I believe in cultivating joy, and creating a space that is open, affirming, non-judgmental, and safe. I have been working with clients for 15+ years. Some of issues I work with clients on include (but are not limited to) depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, ADHD, Bi-Polar d/o, relational problems and general life transitions or stressors. I incorporate mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to increase insight, awareness, and empowerment in your life. At this time, all of my sessions are offered via a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform. I enjoy working with individual adults, medical professionals, medical students, educators, parents, children and the LGBTQIA+ community.
