I have over 14 years of experience in diverse settings—including residential treatment facilities, community and home-based services, outpatient community mental health, and school-based environments. I have worked with children ages 8+, teens, and adults. I draw from a variety of treatment models, with particular enjoyment in working with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma focused models. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for effective therapy.
