I graduated from The University of Alabama with my Masters in Social Work. I am committed to helping those who are navigating hardships. My goal is to provide you and your family with practical tools and resources to aid in positive growth and healing. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and their families who have a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-esteem, ADHD/ADD, anger, behavior problems, adjustments, and PTSD. I use a practical approach with my clients, working with their strengths to set and reach goals. I have experience using Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Art and Play Therapy Techniques. Life can be hard, and sometimes we feel as if we are alone, drowning, or in over our heads. During our time together I hope to be a source of hope and encouragement. A place where you can take a deep breathe and find strength to push on!
