Nicole has been a therapist in the Omaha community for over 17 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including home-based services, intensive outpatient for eating disorders, school-based counseling services, and private group practice. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, grief, trauma, life transitions, LGBTQ+ teens and adults, and women’s issues. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults. Nicole is a breast cancer survivor and recognizes the need of mental health services for those going through a medical crisis. She hopes to continue to support those in their emotional and health journeys. Using humor and compassion, Nicole draws from a strength-based approach using cognitive-behavioral techniques. Nicole is also a Level 1 and Level 2 trained EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist.
