Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University and is a newly Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey under the supervision of Kate Ecke, the owner and an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker at The Unconventional Therapist. Her expertise lies in assisting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, and postpartum challenges. Her primary objective is to establish a strong therapeutic bond with her clients, ensuring that therapy becomes their safe haven where they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts. Nicole employs a personalized approach to therapy, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. This includes utilizing workbook assignments, coping strategies, and exploring underlying causes. She believes that life's challenges can be daunting, regardless of the circumstances, and she eagerly anticipates the opportunity to meet new clients and guide them toward reclaiming the life they aspire to lead.
