Introduction

I use mindful practices to focus on my client's physical, emotional, and social well-being. I take a holistic approach to working with my clients as a deeper understanding of the whole self will lead to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-acceptance. The therapeutic process I provide is a collaboration between the client and myself, and I use a client-centered approach. It is essential that clients feel heard and in control of their destination while being provided with a safe, non-judgmental environment to share their stories.
