Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering online counseling. I have a masters in psychology with additional graduate work in specific counseling areas. I have worked at inpatient facilities, outpatient programs and as an individual counselor. Sometimes it is hard to find the time to make it into the office to take care of your mental health. I offer online counseling sessions only to help you manage your time. Because of technology, we can meet wherever is most convenient to you. ​ In this ever changing technological climate I can assure that I will NEVER record your sessions in order to utilize AI. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance to me, so I have opted out of my electronic health record functionality that allows for recording your session and using AI for documentation or machine learning purposes.
