Welcome! I’m Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, experiencing relationship difficulties, or navigating a significant life transition, I am here to help you find clarity, resilience, and healing. My journey in mental health began with undergraduate studies in Psychology and International Relations at Florida State University, and I later earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Loyola University Chicago in 2015. Since then, I’ve been committed to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care that fosters growth and empowerment. I approach each client with warmth and compassionate care, meeting you where you are and working collaboratively to explore and address your unique needs. My practice integrates a range of therapeutic techniques, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). With this holistic toolkit, I support individuals through issues like stress, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and complex life transitions. For clients seeking Spanish-speaking services, I am fluent and able to connect across linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Outside of the office, I’m an avid traveler and rock climber, and I enjoy hiking with my dogs. I look forward to joining you on this journey, providing the support and tools to help you achieve a greater sense of balance and well-being.
