I am a certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT). DBT helps with managing difficult emotions, negative thinking patterns and improving relationships. DBT may be used to treat suicidal and other self-destructive behaviors. I am also a Certified Trauma Treatment Specialist II and Certified ADHD-Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
