I view the world through the lens of curiosity and wonder. As a person and a therapist, I have always been interested in learning more about people and their stories. I’m a relational therapist, specializing in working with couples, families, and individuals. I love working with queer couples, folks navigating non-monogamy, and neurodivergent families. As someone who’s experienced chronic pain, I’m particularly passionate about working with people experiencing pelvic pain or chronic illness and the impact this has on ourselves, our relationships, and our sex lives. Everyone has areas in life where we struggle, feel ashamed, or want to improve. Let’s be real - the world is on fire and being a human is hard! While I won’t sugarcoat or ignore the realities of your circumstances, I will always help you slow down, get back in touch with your authenticity, and enjoy the overlooked beauty of our everyday experiences. As an artist, performer, and lifelong learner, I value authenticity, creativity, innovation, and play. I fully believe that everyone deserves a chance to work on their healing, and you don’t have to do that hard work alone. If you want to learn more about how I can help, please reach out! I look forward to getting to know you!
