Introduction

It is your birthright to be welcome as you are. I am a non-binary BIPOC sex-positive somatic therapist trained in somatic resourcing & somatic experiencing. I work with trans, queer, bipoc, ethically non-monogamous/polyamorous, kinky folx in unwinding patterns of internalized oppression and awakening the vitality, aliveness, truth, & sensuality of the body. Many folks called to work with me want to reconnect with BIPOC, SWANA, & 1-2 Generation Immigrant experiences, resiliencies, contexts, stories, histories, narratives, & identities towards healing & liberation. In my practice I help folks address issues of childhood trauma, internalized oppression, structural oppression, mass event trauma, cultural or racial identity, relationships & healthy boundaries, acculturation, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, code-switching, stereotype threat, imposter syndrome, & perfectionism. I hold space for explorations of social identity, power, oppression, & privilege. Many people who are called to my approach want to explore their experiences, build a meaningful engaged life, and build healthy relationships. I aim to make therapy a welcoming place where you can work towards your goals on your terms. I will collaborate with you to draw on self-compassion and resilience, identify and shift limiting beliefs and patterns, and tap into the supportive wellsprings of bodily wisdom, intergenerational strength, self-acceptance, advocacy, and connection. My therapeutic style is based on compassion, collaboration, and camaraderie. I hold an intersectional frame and welcome all your myriad selves, your doubts, yearnings, fears, wonderings. We will go at a pace that feels right for you. I would be honored to support you on your journey. If you are so called, feel free to contact me for a free consultation.
