Introduction

Hello! I am thrilled to welcome you to my profile. If you are looking for a highly skilled therapist with convenient scheduling, you are in the right place. Nourish was created to grow the good within you. Instead of focusing on what we need to "fix," Nourish aims to bring self-awareness to the beauty of your character, personality, and values. These strengths can then be harnessed and directly applied to achieve your mental health goals. Custom treatment plans are created for every client. Nourish believes in the power of healing and renewal, and our goal is to help you thrive in the aspects of life most important to you. About Nina: Nina is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with 7 years of experience as a mental health professional. Nina began her career as a Psychometrist, facilitating psychological tests to help clients better understand the connection between their symptoms and diagnoses. Nina later advanced into the world of Psychotherapy, offering clients a private and non-judgmental place to become a better version of themselves. Nina's education includes a B.A. in Psychology from DePauw University, followed by a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Therapy from the University of Indianapolis. Nina has extensive training in many therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Her focus on empathy, guided discovery, and gentle challenging results in client empowerment. Nina attributes the mental growth of clients to an eclectic combination of strength-based and emotion-focused approaches delivered with compassion. After a long day at work, Nina races home to see her dog, Nico. She enjoys backyard bonfires, plant-based foods, and sunset walks around the neighborhood.
