Introduction

Are you experiencing grief or loss, spiritual/faith questions, religious wounding, relationship issues, or a life transition? Perhaps you're grieving a loved one and others think you should be "over it" by now; or your grief is fresh and you need someone to hold space for your pain. Perhaps you're scared to vocalize questions/doubts about your faith; or you've experienced a faith shift and aren't sure what's next. Maybe you've been rejected by a religious system due to your sexual orientation or gender identity, or you need help processing some family-of-origin issues, perhaps for the first time. You might also be struggling with the complex emotions of a life transition. If you're a couple, are you needing to repair a rupture and lay a new foundation; or if your partnership is new, do you want some tools to start out strong? Maybe you're also navigating grief or religious issues in your relationship. If any of this resonates with you, I can help! I will offer a non-judgmental space where all of your feelings and questions can be expressed and explored with kindness, compassion, and curiosity. My style is warm with a bit of humor to lighten the load. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches so I can tailor our sessions to your specific needs. I see clients in person at People House in Denver on Saturdays, and via HIPAA-compliant online sessions Tuesday through Friday (ask about possible Saturday availability). Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit. I look forward to coming alongside you on your unique journey!
